Cleaning Rhythm calculates due dates only from the intervals and completion dates entered by the user. It does not verify cleaning quality, hygiene, sanitation, or safety requirements.
1. Our approach
Dustline Apps (“we,” “us,” or the “developer”) limits the information handled by Cleaning Rhythm (“the app”) to what its features need. Records you enter are generally stored locally on your device. No account is required.
2. Information handled by the app
- Room names, cleaning-task names, and intervals entered by the user
- Task-completion dates and the next due dates calculated on the device
- Language and local Premium-entitlement settings
- JSON backups and CSV files the user explicitly creates
These records stay on your device and are not sent to a server operated by the developer.
3. Third-party services
The app does not use an advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, or developer-operated cloud service.
The optional lifetime Pro purchase is processed by Apple's App Store (StoreKit). Apple processes payment information; the app and developer do not receive your complete payment details.
4. Sharing and export
Only when you start an export or share action does selected information pass through the operating system's share interface to a destination you choose. The destination's own policy governs its copy.
5. Retention and deletion
Local data remains until you delete it in the app or uninstall the app. You must separately delete exported files or copies held by a sharing destination. Apple's or Google's retention policies apply to purchase data processed by the store you use.
6. Children's privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Security
The app is designed around local storage, and third-party service connections use encryption in transit. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when features, law, or third-party services change. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date on this page.
