Custom Bingo Sheet creates printable activity-card layouts only. It does not conduct drawings, choose winners, manage prizes or wagers, or run online games. Shuffling is for variety and is not guaranteed to be fair or balanced; viewer or printer scaling may change physical output size.
1. Our approach
Dustline Apps (“we,” “us,” or the “developer”) limits the information handled by Custom Bingo Sheet (“the app”) to what its features need. The app may store project names, phrases, card settings, generated layouts, and a local Pro-entitlement state on your device. No account is required.
2. Information handled by the app
- Project name, phrases, header, and free-cell label that you enter
- Grid, card count, free-cell, paper, cards-per-page, and related settings, plus generated card layouts
- A local Pro-entitlement state and PDFs that you explicitly create
- The app does not handle an account, location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.
Projects, phrases, settings, and generated card layouts are processed only on your device and are not sent to a server operated by the developer.
3. Third-party services
The app does not use an advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, or developer-operated cloud service.
The optional lifetime Pro purchase is processed by Apple's App Store (StoreKit). Apple processes payment information; the app and developer do not receive your complete payment details.
4. Sharing and export
Only when you start an export or share action does selected information pass through the operating system's share interface to a destination you choose. The destination's own policy governs its copy.
5. Retention and deletion
Saved projects remain on your device until you delete them in the app or uninstall the app. Uninstalling deletes saved projects and the local Pro-entitlement state. You must separately delete PDFs or shared copies saved outside the app. Apple's App Store retention policy applies to purchase data processed by Apple.
6. Children's privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Security
The app is designed around local storage, and third-party service connections use encryption in transit. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when features, law, or third-party services change. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date on this page.
