Photo Contact Sheet creates A4 or US Letter photo-sheet PDFs. It does not guarantee physical print scale or colour reproduction, and it does not provide AirPrint or printer certification.
1. Our approach
Dustline Apps (“we,” “us,” or the “developer”) limits the information handled by Photo Contact Sheet (“the app”) to what its features need. Photos you explicitly select with the system photo picker, titles, and captions are processed only for the current working session and are not saved as history. The app stores only a local Pro-entitlement state and one content-free layout preset. No account is required.
2. Information handled by the app
- JPEG, PNG, HEIC, or HEIF still images you explicitly select with the system photo picker
- Optional titles, photo captions, paper, grid, and placement settings for the current session
- A local Pro-entitlement state and one content-free layout preset that you explicitly save
- Temporary PDFs you explicitly create. The app does not handle location, contacts, camera, microphone, or full-library photo permission.
Selected photos, titles, captions, and generated PDFs are processed only on your device for the current working session and are not sent to a server operated by the developer. The system photo picker may retrieve a selected iCloud item.
Selected photos are normalized into metadata-free working images held only in memory for the current session and discarded on reset or when the app process ends. Temporary PDFs are designed to be removed on reset, content change, failure, cancellation, or the next cold launch.
3. Third-party services
The app does not use an advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, or developer-operated cloud service.
Photo selection uses the iOS system photo picker. The app does not request full-library photo permission and receives only the items you select. Apple's services may retrieve a selected iCloud item.
The optional lifetime Pro purchase is processed by Apple's App Store (StoreKit). Apple processes payment information; the app and developer do not receive your complete payment details.
4. Sharing and export
Only when you start an export or share action does selected information pass through the operating system's share interface to a destination you choose. The destination's own policy governs its copy.
5. Retention and deletion
Selected photos, titles, and captions are not retained as history. Normalized working images are held only in memory for the current session and discarded on reset or when the app process ends. Temporary PDFs are designed to be removed on reset, content change, failure, cancellation, or the next cold launch. You can overwrite the saved content-free layout preset; uninstalling deletes the preset and local Pro-entitlement state. You must separately delete PDFs or shared copies saved outside the app. Apple's App Store retention policy applies to purchase data processed by Apple.
6. Children's privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Security
The app is designed around local storage, and third-party service connections use encryption in transit. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when features, law, or third-party services change. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date on this page.
